MATTHEW SEELEY
PRESIDENT
Matthew Seeley is responsible for managing all areas of Experian CheetahMail, a business unit within the Experian Marketing Services group that provides industry-leading email marketing and customer intelligence solutions to enterprises worldwide. As president, Matthew has led Experian CheetahMail through periods of rapid growth, and has been instrumental in facilitating the company’s global expansion and acquisition by Experian in 2004.
Drawing on years of operations management and new product development experience, Matthew brings a wealth of technical expertise and thought leadership to Experian CheetahMail. In his previous position at Venture Direct, Matthew played a critical role in developing the Xactmail Network, a permission-based email marketing solution and information network. In this role, he was responsible for developing relationships with Web publishers and coordinating the integration efforts of their email data into the Xactmail Network. In addition, Matthew was responsible for building a top performing sales organization while establishing strategic relationships with direct mailers and interactive agencies.
A noted industry expert, Matthew is well-known for his commitment to client satisfaction and technical innovation. He is also an active participant in industry events and is a highly regarded media resource. Matthew graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Hofstra University.

DR. FREDERIK LINDBERG
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Dr. Frederik Lindberg brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Experian CheetahMail. As the visionary responsible for all technology and network operations at Experian CheetahMail, he continues to expand and upgrade Experian CheetahMail’s architecture and functionality, while developing and managing an innovative technology team.
Frederik has been programming for decades and has received widespread recognition as the author of ezmlm-idx, a component of the Internet’s most efficient and secure discussion list manager.
Frederik came to Experian CheetahMail after many years as a physician, researcher and professor at Washington University. While there, he headed a research laboratory with funding from the National Institutes of Health and published numerous papers in scientific journals. Frederik has been honored with the highly prestigious Howard Hughes Physician Scientist Fellowship and has lectured around the globe.
Frederik is fluent in Swedish, German and English. He holds an MD/PhD from the University of Umeå in Sweden.

RACHEL BERGMAN
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT SERVICES
Rachel Bergman has extensive experience in Internet advertising and email marketing. In her current position at Experian CheetahMail, Rachel manages the bi-coastal Client Services teams, consisting of Account Management, Professional Services, and inbound email management, with the ultimate goal of helping clients grow and maintain more profitable relationships with their customers.
Previously, Rachel served as the Vice President of Client Services at ClickAction (now Yesmail, a division of InfoUSA), an email marketing company, and worked closely with clients to execute more effective email marketing programs. Prior to ClickAction, Rachel held business development and client service positions at Snowball.com (now IGN Entertainment) and TheHealthNetwork.com, an Internet property of Fox Networks. Rachel holds a B.A. with honors in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

Vince Beese brings a wealth of leadership and experience from various roles in the online marketing and service provider space. In his current role as SVP of Sales, Vince is responsible for driving the new business revenue channel. Vince has helped establish Experian CheetahMail as a leader in the industry and has built one of the most successful sales organizations in the online marketing space today. Through Vince’s guidance and leadership, Experian CheetahMail has achieved unparalleled revenue growth year after year.
Prior to joining Experian CheetahMail, Vince was a Regional Vice President at Digital Impact, where he was responsible for growing new business revenue and managing existing client relationships. Over the last 13 years, Vince has held various leadership positions at LivePerson, AT&T and Billboard Electronic Publishing (division of VNU). Vince holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland.

Peter Blunnie has managed all Finance and Accounting operations since joining Experian Cheetahmail in 2001. Additionally, Peter oversees all administrative operations related to facilities and office services / management for all US locations.
Prior to joining Experian Cheetahmail, Peter served in various financial and operational roles, working with growth-oriented technology companies from inception through all phases of growth.

ASHLEY JOHNSTON

As the Vice President of Marketing, Ashley has helped build the Experian CheetahMail brand into one of the most recognizable and highly-regarded ESPs in the industry. Ashley’s responsibilities include corporate branding and communications, sales support, advertising and media planning, pr, retention and acquisition program development, sponsor and event management and the corporate website.
Prior to joining Experian CheetahMail, Ashley managed the marketing requirements for 2Bridge, an enterprise portal company aimed at the financial services industry. There she was responsible for successfully building a global brand as they transitioned into new territories. Ashley’s experience includes both business and consumer marketing, and today she is frequently quoted in the press and participates on panel discussions and seminars relating to online marketing and PR.

MELISSA BRUNO
VICE PRESIDENT,
HUMAN RESOURCES
In her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Melissa Bruno is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee culture, including attracting, retaining and developing employees, in addition to managing and developing the internal human resources team.
Melissa’s experience in the entertainment, media, Internet services and telecommunications industries have influenced her unique approach to employee development, talent acquisition and talent retention. Prior to joining Experian CheetahMail, Melissa was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Weinstein Company, a well established media entertainment company, where she transformed the human resources policies, procedures and processes into a customer service function with a focus on employee development and retention. Prior to The Weinstein Company, Melissa was Senior Vice President for IntraLinks, an Internet service company. Here she played a key role in shaping the global talent management group during a period of dynamic growth. Prior to IntraLinks, Melissa held several progressive HR roles within various industries. Melissa holds a BS in Business Economics from the State University College at Oneonta.

BEN ISAACSON
PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE LEADER, CIPP
Ben Isaacson is responsible for all interactive marketing policy and email deliverability issues affecting Experian CheetahMail and Experian’s diverse marketing services client base. Since 1996, Ben has been an industry leader assisting in the global development of self-regulatory and regulatory policies, guidelines and best practices for the interactive marketing industry.
Some of Ben’s many leadership efforts include serving as a Co-Chair of the Email Sender & Provider Coalition’s (ESPC) Receiver Relations Committee, Co-Chair of the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group (MAAWG) Senders Committee, Co-Chair of the DMA’s Data Steward Council and serving as an Advisory Board Member to the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and driving the adoption of Anti-Spyware Principles for the Web Analytics Association (WAA). Ben’s recently published whitepapers include Experian CheetahMail’s “Identifying and Managing Domain-Specific Deliverability” and “Advanced Deliverability Strategies and Solutions.” He has recently published articles for the IAPP Advisor, TrustE, and ClickZ. Recent public appearances by Ben include Inbox, Inbox-Outbox UK, InfoSecurity, IAPP Annual Conference, MAAWG Conferences, Revolution Magazine Digital Conference, Ad-Tech, FTC Spam Forum, and many others.
Prior to joining Experian CheetahMail, Ben led The Isaacson Group, an interactive marketing and e-policy consultancy. His previous roles include serving as the Executive Director of the Association for Interactive Marketing (AIM), a DMA subsidiary which included pioneering numerous self-regulatory practices for the email and online marketing industry. Ben recently received Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) status with the IAPP.

In his role as Managing Director for Experian CheetahMail Europe, Steve is responsible for leading all aspects of the business across this region. Steve has a wealth of leadership experience and a proven track record of growing and managing a number of significant businesses, always with a very high focus on client satisfaction and success.
Prior to joining Experian CheetahMail, Steve held a series of senior positions within marketing services organisations. As a Partner at KPMG Consulting, Steve led a number of the firm’s customer management and marketing services practices, working across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. As Vice President and General Manager for Aspective, a customer management consultancy, Steve built the business from a start-up to one turning over $40m in just four years. Joining ClarityBlue in 2004 as Managing Partner, Steve was instrumental in the growth of its financial services client base; delivering innovative marketing solutions to many of the world’s best-known retail banking brands.

JOHN MERAKOVSKY

As General Manager of Experian CheetahMail Australia, John is responsible for leading both business growth and CheetahMail operations in the region.
John brings to CheetahMail a wealth of experience in growing an enterprise technology business from start-up to leader in its market. John was a Founder and CEO of Southrock Corporation Limited, Australia’s leading developer of enterprise Human Capital Management software. During 2000, John relocated to San Francisco to open a US office and negotiated business relationships with Microsoft and Spherion.
Through intense focus on client satisfaction and technical excellence, he was instrumental in establishing Southrock as the market leader, securing blue-chip corporate customers such as Telstra, AIG, AMP, ING, and Goldman Sachs amongst many others. In 2005 John led the sale of Southrock to Talent2 International, the leading HRO in the Asia Pacific region, and subsequently became their Head of Customer Technology Strategy.
Prior to founding Southrock in 1996, John gained a PhD from the University of Melbourne and worked for a number of years as a consultant in the emerging online and digital media sector.
