The one and a half day event, focused on the impact of integrated marketing, was designed exclusively for CheetahMail clients to help them optimize their current marketing programs and to provide actionable insight for the future.
Packed with industry intelligence from leading research firms, attendees heard first-of-its-kind research such as The Evolving Role of Email Marketing, presented by David Daniels of Jupiter Research and The Road Map to Integration, presented by Shar VanBoskirk and Sucharita Malpuru of Forrester Research. More than 250 clients, including CheetahMail's newly formed Client Advisory Board which consists of executives from 12 leading companies including Bass Pro Shops, Bloomingdales, Borders, CompUSA, Crain Communications, J.Jill, L.L. Bean, Neiman Marcus, Sears Holding Corporation, Spiegel and Wachovia came together to learn new methodologies and best practices for improving their online marketing programs. Interactive workshops and roundtable discussions led by CheetahMail experts covered topics that included email marketing best practices, deliverability and compliance, creative strategies, digital analytics, achieving integrated marketing, and combining web site analytics with email marketing.
Participants heard from CheetahMail Executives who shared their vision for the future, including a peek into CheetahMail’s product development plans and aggressive growth strategy.
Other event highlights included keynote speaker Malcolm Gladwell, the best-selling author of The Tipping Point and Blink, as well as CheetahMail’s Client Advisory Board members Kevin Ertell of Borders and Yun Hui Chong of Spiegel Brands, who participated in an engaging fireside chat covering the challenges and triumphs of their respective email programs.
