Experian CheetahMail Corporate Privacy Policy

Experian CheetahMail offers a diverse range of email-related technology services for our clients. As a member of the Experian corporate family, we are dedicated to a similar set of global information values for our clients and user-recipients of our services. This privacy policy applies to our corporate website, ExperianCheetahMail.com (and CheetahMail.com), and serves as our privacy commitment to our corporate clients.

Corporate Email Client Anti-Spam Policy:
Clients of Experian CheetahMail have agreed to not send unsolicited commercial email through our systems.  Any client who violates this agreement is subject to privacy review, services termination and potential legal action. 

If you believe you have received an unsolicited commercial email from Experian CheetahMail on behalf of any of our clients, please send an email (preferably with the reported email violation included or attached with the ‘full sender header’) to: abuse@cheetahmail.com

Information Collection & Use
Experian CheetahMail is the sole owner of information collected on this website. We collect information from both business users and user-recipients through a ‘Contact Us’ form such information as name, company, email address, and phone number.  We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties unless it is in cooperation with a law enforcement investigation and we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Experian CheetahMail collects the information and uses it to send only appropriate information to users who request it.  If information requested is directed to an Experian-related interest, we may share the information with an appropriate Experian party in order to fulfill the directed request.

Experian CheetahMail collects anonymous information about visitors to our website. Experian CheetahMail Client and Business Inquiry Communications
CheetahSpots: CheetahSpots is a monthly newsletter delivered exclusively to clients as an educational resource and product awareness service.  Clients can refer subscriptions to any member of their staff to receive this publication. Each newsletter includes a clear option to opt-out of future editions within the footer of the message.  In addition, clients can communicate with their account representative to request preference management with their subscriptions to CheetahSpots. 

In addition, Experian CheetahMail may occasionally send clients or previous business inquiries email messages with product updates, educational events, or other important business related information.  Each email includes an opportunity to unsubscribe from future messaging, or recipients can contact us directly through any of our points of contact listed online or email privacy@cheetahmail.com.

Experian CheetahMail is a licensee of the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal Program.  TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices.  This privacy statement covers the Web sites www.experiancheetahmail.com and www.cheetahmail.com.  Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.
