CheetahMail approached Neiman Marcus Group about implementing an Email-A-Friend feature across all of their brands’ websites (Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Horchow). This program allows online website browsers to easily forward up to six products, assembled in one dynamically populated email, to their friends. Neiman Marcus Group used this initiative as a way to grow their subscriber lists, create a new revenue source, and generate higher than average performance metrics compared to regular promotional mailings.
